On the Eastern Shore of Hobart, Bellerive Beach Park is situated between Bellerive Beach and the Ninja Stadium – on the tri-section of Derwent St, Queen St & Victoria Esplanade. The park includes a fenced playgound with a range of activities for toddlers to older kids, including an awesome climbing frame and slide plus sand and water features for toddlers.
Several BBQ areas inside and outside the fenced playgound with tables & seating (some undercover). There is also an excellent outdoor gym, and toilets are about 150m from the playground. Next to Bellerive Beach with good parking and accessible friendly.
I have had many birthday parties and gatherings at this park for both kids and adults, and I can highly recommend it.
Dogs are not allowed in the fenced playgound (or within 10m) but are allowed on-leash in the park and the foreshore track.
