Located in North Hobart on the corner of Burnett and Argyle Streets. It can also be accessed via Alberry Ave off Burnett Street.
Parking is limited – in Alberry Street there are a couple of spots plus two disabled, and street parking on Argyle and Burnett Streets.
The playground has a fenced play area best for toddlers and young teenagers – no dogs.
Part of a larger park where dogs are allowed off-lead between 3 pm and 9 am and on-lead 9 am and 3 pm.
The playground area is part of Soundy Park created by contributions from the Soundy family, particularly JT Soundy (1878-1960).
